Show Stars (French: Affiche possible! Super Shows) is a Canadian television station owned by Corus Entertainment and Rogers Cable. The channel has many shows from various different companies. It is abbreviated as STAR.
Time Blocks[]
There are currently three different time blocks for Show Stars. Each are own different days.
- Throwback Saturdays are retro cartoons and television shows that are on from 6:00-10:00 with a movie on at 8:00.
- Newcomer Thursdays are new episodes of shows on from 5:30 to 8:30.
- Anime Sundays is a block for all anime shows, from 2:00pm until 4:30pm.
Schedule[]
This is the current schedule (and the original schedule) as of September 1, 2012. The channel switches to adult programming at 12:00 and ends at 4:30. In addition, Futz shorts and the Zimmer Twins shorts are shown in between shows. This original schedule is often described as the "School-day" schedule, as a new schedule[1].
