Mutant Monsters in India is the forty-ninth episode of Scooby Doo Sparks. It is second episode to guest star Jonny Quest. It also guest stars Kirk Langstrom from Man-Bat and Robbin'.

Premise[]

Dr. Quest is in India for a lecture on genetic engineering. With him is fellow scientist, Kirk Langstrom, the former Man-Bat. They discuss the benefits of genetic engineering and regulations that the scientists believe should be put to keep the technology from being abused. Meanwhile, Dr. Quest's son, Jonny, with his best friend, Hadji, and his dog, Bandit, shows Mystery, Inc. the Taj Mahal, built by Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan in 1653 as a tomb for his favorite wife. Race Bannon is with them because it is his job, especially since Jonny's mother was killed years ago. Just then, they see a man asking for help turn into a werewolf. Race shoots a tranquilizer in the werewolf. A little while later, the werewolf wakes up fully human again. He introduces himself to Dr. Quest and Dr. Langstrom as Anthony Romulus. He was an athlete from Dr. Langstrom's native Gotham City who got captured by some evil scientists who took him to their base in the Himalayas and turned him into a werewolf without his consent, something Dr. Quest and Dr. Langstrom want to stop. They soon discover that Anthony Romulus is not the only victim. Velma and Marcie investigate and uncover a bizarre string of disappearances all over the world. They soon discover that an evil scientist named Dr. Achilles Milo had stolen Dr. Langstrom's papers on his experiments and is using them to create mutant monsters. The scientists put together an antidote to turn the mutant monsters human again. But can our heroes stop Dr. Milo and cure his victims in time even with Pasha Peddler's help?
