Scooby-Doo: Time Sprint is a feature length, direct-to-DVD film. The film features many characters and locations from retro Scooby-Doo films. A video game was made based on the film.

After solving their 5000th mystery, the gang decides to throw a party remembering all their many mysteries. However, an evil villain, named Clockwork, comes in and captures Fred, Daphne and Velma and it travels in time through their mysteries. Shaggy and Scooby then go see their friend Vincent Van Ghoul to help them travel through time.

After seeing Vincent, they gain a time travelling watch that can travel them through time to the same period as Clockwork.
