Scooby-Doo is one of the two captains of the Scooby-Doobies team during Laff-A-Lympics 2012. Scooby-Doo is a brown Great Dane with black spots. He wears a blue collar with a diamond clip with the letters SD engraved in it. Scooby is originally from the show Scooby-Doo! Where are You?.

As of Day 10, Scooby-Doo has participated twice in the series: the first time was during Day 3, where he participated in the Grizzly Bear hunt challenge, alongside Johnny and Hadji Quest. He placed second in this challenge, after the Yogi Yahooies.

The second time was in Day 8, where he participated in the 4-way hockey game alongside Velma Dinkley, Hong Kong Phooey and Fred Jones. Scooby played as defense. The team placed first in this challenge.

As shown in production artwork for Day 20, Scooby participates in the final challenge of the season alongside Yogi Bear, Muttley and Penelope Pitstop.
