Strange Phenomenon is twenty-fifth episode of Scooby Doo Sparks. It guest stars Jonny Quest.

On a visit to Palm Key, Florida, Velma and Marcie introduce the rest of Mystery, Inc. to their former teacher, Dr. Benton Quest. Dr. Quest shows them a new 3D printer that uses nanotechnology to create objects. As a demonstration, Dr. Quest uses it to create a pizza which Shaggy and Scooby then eat. Velma and Marcie note that in the wrong hands, this new 3D printer can be used to manufacture weapons. That is exactly what happens when a tree monster comes and steals it. The members of Mystery, Inc. offer to assist Dr. Quest in getting it back. Coming with them is Dr. Quest's son, Jonny, Jonny's bodyguard, Race Bannon, a Hindu boy from Calcutta named Hadji, and their dog, Bandit. Unfortunately, the mystery solvers are going to have a hard time solving this mystery which may have a connection to a foreign country like Qatar, if the monster turns out to be fake which they are finding hard to prove. Their search takes them to Israel where the Tree Monster is haunting a forest close to Tel Aviv.
