Premise[]
Coolsville High's librarian Ms.Reeder, is kidnapped by the ghost of the school's old librarian. It's up to Scooby and the crew to solve this mystery before they get schooled!
Sypnosis[]
The gang gets to school right as the bell rings. Velma is worried that they were almost late again. Shaggy says its no biggy. All of a sudden a scream is heard from the library. The gang quickly runs over to see whats up. When they get to the library Daphne wonders where Ms.Reeder, the librarian, is. Scooby looks up to see a glowing white ghost that looks like a woman holding books. He screams and runs franticly to the cafeteria. Fred tells Shaggy to go get him so that they can split up.Shaggy searches for Scooby in the cafeteria but there is no trace of him. Shaggy opens the door to the food closet and sees Scooby gulping down small packs of pudding. Shaggy tells Scooby that they need to search for clues. So Scooby says why don't they search here. Shaggy nods in agreement. Once they go over to "investagate" the food the ghostly librarian appears behind them. They both drop the food and sprint away. As soon as they could they hid in the janitor's closet.Meanwhile, Velma finds a clue a paper that says that Ms.Reeder's salary is cut in half. Velma, Fred, and Daphne think its important so they keep it. Just then a trash can rolls into the library, and if contains Shaggy and Scooby. Fred says it is the perfect time to set a trap.The trap is that Scooby and Shaggy will lure the ghostly librarian into the janitor's closet, where there Velma and Fred will shut the lid on the ghost.The trap is a success and the ghostly librarian is unmasked as Ms.Reeder.She was upset about her salary cuts and couldn't quit because of her contract. The episode ends with the gang finding Scooby in the food closet eating pudding.
